I have two Intranet servers, one is new and the other is old.
I put all files under the new server, but when I click on links on gifs, it is taking me to the old server. Of course, I checked href, and they correctly have the addresses on the new server. If I stop the IIS on the old server, the pages won’t display. What would be wrong?

about the only thing that springs to mind (in the absense of more detailed information) could be DNS or browser cacheing.

Assuming of course that the DNS hostnames are the same as they were on the old server.

Chris.

Indifference will be the downfall of mankind, but who cares?

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

Take down the old server. Give the new server the same server name and IP address. That should fix the problem.

Sounds like you weren't using relative linking in your intranet.
