Hello,

I'm running WIN2K server with Exchange 2K. Both SP3, Networker 6.1.2 and Module 3.1. The E2K backup is successful, but my application log is riddled with:

The Open Procedure for service "NsrXch" in DLL "C:\Program Files\nsr\bin\xchperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is data DWORD 0.

For the above: Source: Perflib, Category: none, Event ID: 1008

and:

G:\rt_2002_1Q\nsr\db_apps\aime\xchperf.cpp (351) Error reading first performance counter value: The system cannot find the file specified.

Source: Networker, Category: (34), Event ID: 1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all.

Hi jgrant !

I guess this is a very common Win2K problem, you
can find hints to solve perflib errors under
if you search for Event ID 1008.

Hope it helps
