Weird Event log message under callpilot report (BCM50 R3)

I am getting a message every minutes in the event log situated under the reports menu in the CallPilot web interface.... here it is;

2012-02-10T13:27:34.951 [INFO ] {STLog} (0) - QueryNCCCall: Far End device dn has been set to Null rc=1(0x1)
2012-02-10T13:27:34.977 [INFO ] {STLog} (0) - cc2ag_AddAgentCall: Failed to add call rc=11(0xb)

System is a BCM50 R3 fully patched.... we are experiencing many weird things on that system and I have no idea what this error... or message means.

This morning all lines (10 lines) was busy on a vm application with ID (i.e busy 335,335,336,337), for some reason as soon as I connected my butt set on.... All the line hung up and went back free....

I just activated the CDR (bcm call logger) to see whats happening since the customer says that it happends many times a day... I made all the security check and all password are safe and Enable Outbound Transfer if off.... no vm has been locked (3 retries)
