I am working on an issue with a specific TFN ..
Dialing this number 877.724.2467 plays an ann , as soon as any noise(start talking during ann) is made while that ANN is playing everything cuts out\noise on the line. This same symptom happens during a conversation..
The TFN terms to a DID ..If you dial the DID then you do not experience this problem , since the PBX routing only knows the DID i would think its with the resporg of the TFN.
We have a ticket opened, just wondering if anyone has any input.
