Hi,
We run our own DNS (bind) and one of our branch offices in the middle east cannot access/resolve Our main office in Pennsylvania can resolve fine. Also, from the branch office if we use google DNS it works fine but using our own caching servers it does not. This would normally indicate an issue with our branch's DNS servers except that this is the only address it cannot resolve, hence making it rather odd.
If I run a dig +trace it works but normal dig or nslookups don't work and give a connection timeout. Due to this any machine on the branch's network cannot access lenovo.com
I've not found anything useful in the query logs.
Any ideas/suggestions?

thanks in advance
