ok.. here's a weird one.. I hope someone might have run across this before...

When I'm running my App. IN FoxPro.. there's no problems..
But when I compile it into an EXE.. it tells me it can't update the cursor.

I've made sure all the files properties are set to 'Archive' and even added a
SET DEFAULT TO the install folder.. same error..

any suggestions?

Hello.

Maybe some files are read-only and you have checked the "Recompile all files" option...

Hope this helps. Grigore Dolghin

I've double checked the READ only on the files.. and non-are set to Reda-only. Could this have something to do with what's 'Included' with the project?

Yes, Including the cursor files in your project would cause exactly the behaviour you've observed, because once compiled into the Exe the cursors becomes read-only.
Even more confusing, the cursor may appear to be in its original location, giving no clue at all it's actually in the exe.

Mark any read-write cursors in the project as "Excluded."
