Hi All

Weird one for you

I have a set up where 3300 Gateway has trunks connected and send to vMCD which has all users programmed

They users have 2 keys for main lines. One is 550 and when callers come in they recieve CLI no problem. However when calls come into 551 they get T93x (last number all chnaging) rather than CLI. Now there is no trunks of that number

When i move the ddi to point to either 550 or an extension the cli works fine.

Checked programming and keys are the same and i have deleted all 551 keys and re input, but still the same

Any ideas?

Both 3300 and vMCD on MCD 5

Thanks

If my memory is still working there is a COS option to show CLI info on calls to a key.

Make sure 551 isn't being used for PBX digits or such.

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

The number T93x might be coming from the trunk attribute comment field (if each channel is assigned a different index)

Assuming 551 is a multicall line, make sure the trunk/station has the display caller ID on Multicall option enabled.
