hello good people, hope i find help here :) i have a couple of cisco routers to remote sites connecting via multiple e1 with multilinks. Problem i have is that whenever the transmissions (e1s) fail, and then come back up whenever, the router does not seem to recognise this and i have to do a reboot for the link to come back up. This is frustrating as it could be a small issue but i cant quite place what it is! Has anyone had any issue like this? is this a ios issue i need to upgrade? routers running on 15.2 base right now, or is it a small config issue i need to add? look forward to hearing you guys

thanks

maybe you have keep alives turned off?
your IOS is fairly updated, i think the latest is around 15.3.X ...

does doing a shut/no shut resolve the issue or do you have to reboot all the time ?

post config / and sh int e1 ....
