Weird characters (ÿþ<) when trying to extract html code

Hi there,

I'm using this


script to access the source code of a URL using TCppWebBrowser. It works fine most of the time, but for some reason with some PHP files all I get is "ÿþ<".

From what I've learned rooting around the internet, this seems to be some sort of css glitch. This is even more confusing, since a stylesheet error schouldn't keep my program from displaying the html.

Has anyone encountered this sort of problem before?
