Weird behavior: Make => Run works, Run doesn't work

Hi,

Recently, out-of-the-blue, I'm getting some very strange behavior from Clarion when I try to run my Clarion apps. If I hit Make then Run, everything works fine. However, if I hit Run (from the main menu) by itself, I get the following error:

"Execute of 'C:\xxx\yyy\zzz.exe' failed. File Not Found."

Any ideas on what might be causing this? The paths appear (at least to me) to be ok. I don't understand why Make => Run works but Run doesn't.

Helpful info:

1) I'm running C5.5EE.

2) I've looked at Change Directory under the File menu; It looks ok: the folder is set to where my current app and dct are located.

3) Under System Environment Variables, C:\C55\bin is listed.

Possible solutions :

Run SCANDISK and check your harddisk for lost clusters, etc.

Check C55EE.red to see if the paths are OK there.

Re-install C55ee in a different directory and check if that works OK. If it does, the problem was due to corrupted DLL's of the IDE.
