I am looking for some ideas on what should be included on a weekly or monthly status report for our Win2003 servers, MS SQL, MS ISA servers, Exchange 2007, IIS, etc... That gives a snap shot of the servers and applications.
Looking for items such as:
Status of backups
Patches
Errors
pages served
etc...
The data would be collected by the Sys Admin, DB Admin, etc. and then compliled onto a single sheet for a brief to the CIO.
Anyone have a form they use?
