Hi all,

I'm little bit confused with the Weekly Time Date settings table as I previously thought it is the only point of setup to set different ring rules for different time of the day/week.

My point is using a Ring Assignment tool and Weekly time table to set day calls during the working hours i.e. (08:00 - 16:00) to go to a station XX and night call mode from (16:00 - 08:00) to a VMIB message. Is this possible without the attendant station manually switching the forwarding mode?

Also I want to be able to forward any callers to Voicemail box once they hear the VMIB message during the night/weekend mode.

What does it takes for this to be acomplished without too many complications?

Btw.my system is ipLDK20 with VMIB card and analog lines.

Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Best Regards,
Ivo

To use this feature WEEKLY TIME TABLE use PGM 233.

It has proven to be important that you fill-in all "shelfs" in PGM233. If some of the "shelfs" (tables) are left blank, then this function stops working.
We made LG fill-in the shelfs as default values.

You can automatically switch between DAY, NIGHT and WEEKEND mode if the main attendant console is set to AUTO RING MODE.
Toggle the DND/FOR button until you can read AUTO RING MODE in the display.
The automatic setting into DAY, NIGHT and WEEKEND effects your programmin in PGM144 for the respective DAY, NIGHT and WEEKEND mode.
So DAY=08:00, NIGHT=18:00 makes calls be answered at the ATTD at DAY time and your night message (system message on VMIB) can be heard after 18:00 if programmed correctly.

Is this possible without the attendant station manually switching the forwarding mode?
YES. Use the AUTO RING MODE of the ATTD keyset.
Having programmed PGM233, then the AUTO RING MODE text can be seen at the ATTD keyset.

Thanks doktor and I'm sorry for my late reply. I've managed to set it up based on the instructions provided.

Thanks again!
