Weekly report going on 2 pages

I have a weekly report which if there is too much info goes onto 2 pages.

Is the a way to ensure the info says on one page by automatically making the font smaller where necessary.

If you know at what number of records it goes beyond 1 page, you could create two detail sections - one with small fonts and one with large fonts. Suppress one and Show the other based on a condition looking at the number of records.
