Weekly hot fix installation problem

Hi,
I trying to install the weekly hot fix updates to Crystal Enterprise 10 (on windows 2003), but for some reason the relevant dlls are not updated.
(I'm trying to install the latest version for u2fsepv.dll -csv export dll)

No errors are logged and the installation completes successfully. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Unless you have specific instructions from BO tech support to install a WEEKLY hotfix, I would avoid installing them - they tend to only be used to solve a specific client issue that has been reported that week. Not much - if any - QA takes place.

Most of the BO tech support advice is to remain current on the MONTHLY hotfixes, as they are more thourough.

Just my two cents...
