Week Table help

We have a customer who wants to be able to have an automatic week table for their opening hours but also want to be able to manually take off night service whenever they want to work late. can this be done on NS700 using NT680 handsets?

They also want their night service group to divert to two mobile numbers. i can get it to go to one mobile number but not 2 for some reason?!
