We are using ICM 5.0 with the Duplex setup and have WebView installed in both HDSs. How can I copy or transfer the reports (created using canned templates) from one HDS to another without having to rebuild them again? I am able to view the same canned templates in both HDSs but no reports come up. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.
