Webview - How do you grant access to user?

I realize this is likely a simple process, but we are not clear how to grant someone access to Webview as when we rolled out with Cisco ICM we were just told to go to the IP address for Webview and use our windows password. We now have a few people who do not have access - their windows usernames and passwords do not work. The only place we can see Webview referenced is in Configure ICM -> Security -> User List and this does not seem to be the right area to grant access. Can anyone advise what we need to do to grant individuals access to Webview? Is there a checkbox somewhere?
