WebUIValidation.js and IE Favorites

I have an asp .net application that uses the WebUIValidation.js scripts. My problem is this:

If I add this site to my favorites (in IE) it adds the site as this:

http://somesite/demosite/

Then, when I access the site I get the following error message:

"Unable to find script library '/aspnet_client/system_web/1_0_3705_0/WebUIValidation.js'. Try placing this file manually, or reinstalling by running 'aspnet_regiis -c'."


Now, if I type in the site as '

http://somesite/demosite'

OR if I go into the favorite's properties and change it to this:

http://somesite/demosite

(no '/' at the end)

It works fine... no error message.

Anyone know why this could be happening??
