WebSphere Configuration & how to run jsp files?

Hi
I used to run my jsp files with tomcat3.1,but now i downloaded Websphere,so i do not know how to configure it and i do not know how or where to put my jsp files,even i'm trying to start the server and i click Start Admin Server and nothing happing
just i see black window for maybe a second and that is all.
please tell me how to start the server and where do i have to put my jsp files and how to setclasspath to read jar files with if we need it.

In websphere u put the Jsp files in Web directory which is under \\Websphere_InstallDirectory\Appserver\hosts\default_host\default_app\web\.......jsp files
U can create ur own directory under this and give it in a classpath..
reagrding starting of the server..u have to start the Admin server first and then AppServer...
