Jacl is useful, but mostly if the Admin wants to use it. I would not put too much emphasis on jacl ability, unless you are looking to automate a lot of your administration tasks. If the potential admin brings up scripting and other administration automation objectives, then it shows ability a step above the rest. A deep understanding of basic J2EE is very important, as is a deep understanding of IBM help systems. You need an admin that knows how to figure things out without the manual, as they will run into situations they have never seen before - and IBM has probably never seen before.
