In WAS 3.5 I have 2 applications running and would like to add a third. I am trying to create another datasource but the machine locks up and in the tracefile I get the error:
'FATAL Failed to create a data source: {0} java.sql.SQLException: Could not open table SE_TABLE in path C:\WebSphere\AppServer\bin\idbStore\tables'
This SE_TABLE is over 188MB! I believe the instantDB database is corrupt? I read that I should open the admin.config file and change "install.initial.config=false" to "true" and to delete the idbStore file. I suppose this will recreate the tables.... Does anyone know the ramifications of this? Will it overwrite all of the existing configurations I have? Is this the right thing to do?
