Websnap XML

Has anyone tried the XMLBioLife Websnap demo that comes with Delphi 7 (Borland\Delphi7\Demos\Websnap\XMLBioLife) and found that it will browse and delete DB records but not modify or insert?

It looks like updates to records aren't being picked up somewhere, so when the apply action is triggered it thinks the record hasn't changed. Is there a fix for this problem?
