It looks like a caching issue (due to what they are seeing being markedly different from what is actually there now). Get them to clear their browser caches and refresh the page.

Hope this helps,
Dan

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Sorry the screenshots were taken ages ago...but they are still having the same problem. Ill try to get them to take another screen shot.

What is it that bothers you about the screenshot. I notice that the top part is missing, which is always hard to debug in IE, because IE just likes to make things disappear from time to time. But the second problem of overlapping is clear. Your second user uses a "Larger" font while you're using "Medium". Since that block with the photo is for absolutely no intelligent reason positioned absolutely, it hovers over/under the enlarged text. Position that block without the use of absolute positioning and you should be fine.

In troubleshooting your first problem, you might want to ask the person experiencing the problem to return their font to "Medium" and check if the problem persists. If it does, try and see why your flash element could be pushing content to fall out of the frame.

Thanks for all the help. I have removed the absolute position so that should have sorted the bottom screenshot. However I still have the issue with the top screenshot. They are using IE6 and Firefox but they are just not getting the bottom blue line with the buttons in to click on other areas of the site.

any ideas?

Thanks

david.
