Website that points to directory on different server

This is going to be a little hard for me to explain so please bear with me.

We recently setup some software that will allow us to host videos. This software is web based and if I go to I am able view the videos, this only works internally. I would like to setup a website, or virtual directory on my Primary Web server that would allow users to access the videos as well. For example they would go to I hope this makes at least some sense.
 
Sure you can. Just create a virtual Directory and then map it to the UNC of the video's folder.
