Hi All,

I developed a web site for a non-profit, charity organization with a .org root domain, and need to have major search engines display it on searching for certain keywords. Though I already know some ways to do this like the open directory (like dmoz), submitting url to google, using good titles ,meta tags, etc. I have done all these but I haven't seen results!!!! I haven't seen any result yet.

Can anyone please direct me on the options I have?

Thanks

Well in google you could try out ADword campaings. Just go to adwords.google.com. This will let yuou specify certain keywords for which your site would be displayed in the results. Of course that alternative costs some money. You have to pay the cost per click and all that.

I have an Adwords campaing in Google and I'm spending roughly 20-30 dollars a month on it, and i get displayed among the top 3 results, or a side AD, on the right side of the google website.

The other option is getting you site linked to by many sites. The more sites that link to you the higher up you will be in Google the next time it indexes websites for searching.

Hope this helps
