Nice looking but you may want to have a look into reducing image size, your home page is coming out at 100k+ which is a bit large even though you reuse graphics across pages. I saved your home page and converted the graphics from jpg into gif and that reduced the total image size from 119,636 bytes to 60,067 bytes which is a good saving with no loss of quality
