I heard about this through a Miva discussion group so I thought I would give it a shot.
I am preparing to launch my first site and am looking for feedback on content, layout, navigation, etc..

This is still under development so you will notice a few things along the way.
- No SSL yet, so you will notice a message a few places.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi mate,

I'm in a rush so I just had a quick look through.

1) In 800x600, the layout is broken off screen.

2) Top right is empty, you need something to fill that space.

3) Shopping cart accepts values of 999999. Limit the number to lower than that, nobody is ever going to use more than 3 digits.

4) Tried to break the validation on the shopping cart, it stood up to it.

5) I know you said about the SSL but is there a reason that only 1 image is on the secure server?

Got to rush,

Hope this helps Wullie

Hi,

In 1024* IE6

1- As Wullie said, the page is too wide. If it's static width i'd make it 750px wide max, other wise set it to 100% so it will be flexible. Even on 1024 there is side scrolling which is not good!!

2- layout and use of colo(u)r is fine. You might consider making the center column a little wider, it's kinda squashed there.

3- There's a lot of images on the page. I personally wouldn't use an image for the left navigation. Might be better to use a text menu with rollovers for effect.

4- Account, you need to clean up this page a little. The login form looks messy. The whole page actually is a little untidy.

5- Quick order, the two links "Add to basket" and "Buy one now" They sound a little too close to me. Might be better to make the second one "Add to basket and check-out"

6- Clean up the text on some of the pages. Add margins, headers & sub-headers to improve the presentation.

7- The form on contactus.php i'd move to contact.php. No point separating this over 2 pages, IMHO

8- I might try that Breast Maximizing Lotion.

Good start though!
