I have a monitor set at 1280 x 1024 resolution but I would like to design a page in 1024 x 768. Is there any way to set an option so that I can't leave the 1024 x 768 resolution boundaries in the program? It's hassle switching to 1024 x 768 and then back to 1280 x 1024...

If you are using tables, what I would do is set your table size at the fixed size for 1024 x768. That will force everything to remain within that boundary. You can set this when you start the table or in the table flyout menu. It works for me.

or what you could do in dreamwaever is set the view option located at the bottom the screen to the size that you wish
