Website not showing up

I just uploaded a website. The name of the home page is "Agency Technology Oversight". I just wanted to ask if you leave spaces in the name will it create a problem. Please help. Because I am getting the following error message:

Bad Gateway
The following error occurred:

 The host name was not found during the DNS lookup. Contact your system administrator if the problem is not found by retrying the URL.

what is the url for the web site? you are getting a DNS error which means that your system can't resolve where to look for your web site.

Did you contact your hosting company and also verify you entered the correct name servers at the domain registrar?
