I have a client who uses for work. she had an old 98 machine and we upgraded her to a laptop, when she used to log into the site, it always asked for her username, password, and domain name, now it just asks for her username and password, what do i do to get it to ask for the domain field ?

I'm not aware of a way of making it ask for a domain, when you're browsing a website from the outside internet. I think that if the person was browsing to that website from a corporate WindowsNT network, it would ask for the domain if there were multiple domains to choose from. However, from the outside internet, there is a way to get around this.

If the domain is, for example, called ABC, and her username was janedoe, then in the username field, type in ABC\janedoe . That should be a feasible workaround.
