Website email addresses not linking to outlook 2000

I have checked to make sure Email: outlook is checked under internet options/Programs. When I click on an email address in a website a box pops up and says it "cant create the item".

That URL file type was set correctly. Any other ideas?

Hmmm...try replacing the frmcache.dat file with a fresh copy from either the CD or from another machine. The IPM.Note should be in the frmcache.dat file unless something happened to that file and it rebuilt itself. The file should be about 98 KB. joegz
