Webalizer is freeware and analyzes the IIS Logs to generate an HTML docutment with website statistics. Since each virtual website generates it's own log you can setup webalizer using a different config file for each site. The config file (text) tells webalizer where the logfiles are to be analyzed. The config file also tells webalizer where to drop the generated HTML analysis pages, you can setup a log directory for each site.
