anybody has any experience/opinion on them and teh service they offer?

we have a meeting with them on Thursday, and i just wanted to get a feedback from you guys so that i'll know better what questions to ask etc.

what are your opinions on the service they offer. is it really that good? is it really that much better then WebTrends? what are the advantages and disadvantages of their technology?

Hi,

I used to use their (free) stats package. I may use it in future because it's about the best stats package I have seen anywhere on the net. But thats about all I can tell you about them, i'm afraid!

it is nice to know you were satisfied with their product. when you say "it's about the best stats package I have seen anywhere on the net" - did you try other products or did you just research other products and decided that this is a better one? --------------------------------------------------

Hi,

I have tried a number of different ones and researched a few others. I now use 2 stats packages, a basic but good one from

http://www.xav.com

for personal sites and a Hosting supplied one which I don't like. I would recommend Hitbox to anyone, it looks very comprehensive.
