Webshield Reports ?

After upgrading our EPo client to 3.5 my Webshield Reports are no longer working. All other reports are o.k. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

A complete stab in the dark but log in once with your ePO credentials as opposed to NT Authentication (assuming that is being used). Sounds odd but give it a shot.

I have always used ePo credentials before. I think the problem may be a confilct with the new ePo 3.5 reporting tool and the E500 on our system. I'm thinking the E500 needs an upgrade as well. Thanks for replying!

What is the webshield version?
2.7 or 3.0 or other.
I think you need 3.0
