Webshield Question

Hi All

Last week I redirected my Exchange email to go through our Webshield appliance. The problem is, it worked fine for about an hour then just stopped working. Mail was stuck in the Exchange queue. I generated an NDR and the NDR said that the messae was refused by the remote host. Has anyione forwarded mail through a Webshield appliance? Also, is there a limit to the number of messages that can be sent out through the device? I looked up and down and could not find a setting for this

We have beem doing this with no issues for almost 2 years. We put a pretty high volume (in and out) through these. I am not aware of any limits. Works like a million bucks. Only issues I ever had were PIX firewill related.
