WEBSERVICES - NOTIFICATION

Hi experts!
we have two problems concerning the creation and insertion of reports in a mail.
First of all, we don't have WebReports module installed (we know that this module is meant for that purpose) so we would like to achieve that only with LiveReports if it is possible?
If not, are there any other ways we could achieve that easily? Do we need to develope a custom functionality? and how? (Webservices, Oscript, Java,etc.)

How to retrieve the field names needed from workflow tables? (WWORK, SUBWWORK).
