WebServer when emailing link using CE10 1

Hi,

I have set a report to run and email a link to a user to they can logon to the Enterprise system to view the report. The email that gets sent shows the following link.

http://<put_webserver_hostname_here...ewer/viewer.csp?cuid=AZzP3urzqalApjTSsu49c1w.

Does anybody know where I can add the <put_webserver_hostname_here> to CE10 so that this appears by default on all links.
