Hi All,

Anyone know how to set Websense so that it sends a monthly e-mail report of web sites visited by category etc?

Thanks,
Mike

There are a host of Websense reports within the Websense Reporter. Find the one you want ( I would expect a destinantion by category may be the best) and then save this as a favorite. Then within Websense Reporter there is a menu option to schedule the report. This will run you through a simple wizard to setup days, email users, report to run, etc. The one thing to remember is that Websense Reporter MUST NOT BE RUNNING on the machine with the reporter service otherwise the scheduled jobs will not run. We personally email two graphs each month to internal audit. Top users by Internet browse time & Top users by blocked access. These two reports seem sufficient for them.
