Websense problem and sending all ip traffic through VPN

HI,

Got two problems,

1)Need to configure my adsl Cisco router to route all traffic through vpn, I know this is not recommended but it is a requirement that we have. Any Ideas cause it seems that as soon as I route all the traffic through the VPN my adsl connection disconnects???

2) Got a websense server running @ HQ behind the PIX 515 firewall with VPN connection and I have purchased the 837 Cisco ROuter and it has the websense server function, how do I configure the 837 router to forward the websense requests to the HQ Websense server so the traffic is logged and monitored.
