WebSENSE and Checkpoint FW-1

Intermittently WebSENSE running as a uri on the firewall server stops processing http requests. I also have some users that cannot access certain sites, they keep getting "page not available" - but if I bypass WebSENSE these sites work.

Is anyone else experiencing these types of problems and are there any recommendation on correcting the problem.
