Webramp Dial-up Router problem

I have been using a Webramp M3i+ dialup IP router and somewhere along the line someone from outside dialed in and was able to reset the passwords and routing settings. Now the unit is essentially deactivated to the outside world and just asks for the password. Webramp no longer supports these at all. They do have a software utility for resetting this condition, but it needs an activation key based on the units MAC. If anyone has any of the Webramp products and has used this feature, please email me with the key and your MAC so I can try to figure out the algorithm on how one relates to the other. Thanks.

Hi - I need an activation code too to reset the password and ramp networks has disappeared. Did you ever find an activation code or the algorithm?
