I am almost finished developing my website. I designed it in 1024 X 768 resolution mode. When I switched my computer to 800 x 600 i found my webpage to be jumbo sized. is there any magical way to reduce it to 800 x 600 without redesigning the page. I want to have both resolution types running on my site.

thanks.

use tables, set at 100%

this will reduce the size of the site depending on the screen resolution

thanks

is it standard practice to use percent instead of pixels?
do i set the width or the height at 100%?

another thing. do i leave the cell properties at pixels and switch table properties to %?

standard practice is to create a site for 800/600 however if you do design for larger, like i do , then it is beter to use percentiles, for width

some tables will need to be at pixels.. others will be better with percentages
