webpage graphics not showing opening thru link IE 6

Hi,

When I open a web page (IE 6) through a link from an MS Word or Excel document, the graphic are not shown and the css is not appliad to the text, if I click refresh the page appears correctly, does anyone know why this is happening,is it something to do with cached information??
