Webpage Desktop Shortcut Icon

I've seen this done before, but never figured out how.

If you go to some web pages, and right click and select "Create Shortcut", some pages will have a specific icon for the shortcut instead of the regular generic IE one.

Anyone know how this is accomplished?

You create 2 different sized icons for this though, 1 for the shortcut and one for the favicon.
