Help!...
I have installed the usermin module to webmin, and then the usermin_vacation-0.9.wbm module. This seems to use the vacation programme. I downloaded and installed vacation-1.2.6.1-3.i386.rpm (not a specific redhat package as I couldn't find that - I am on RH7.3). usermin_vacation-0.9.wbm when invoked creates a .forward file in the users home directory looking like this (for user "autoresponder"
:
\autoresponder
"|vacation autoresponder""|/usr/bin/vacation autoresponder"
When I try to send a mail to that user, it bounces, and senmail complains that the | symbol is not allowed in the restricted shell:
smrsh: cannot use | in command
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable
Questions:
Can I use vacation with smrsh?
How would I allow the | symbol?
Do I need a specific redhat package, and if so from where?
Do I need to install vacation in the "make install" manner instead of rpm?
Any ideas anybody?
