Webmail - Page not loading

Hopefully someone can help me.
Outlook by Webmail is available via our website but in the passed couple of days it has not been loading. It comes up with a load of little boxes with red squares in and when you click on the links they say the pages open the page and posts an Abort message.
Any help greatfully received
