Weblogic refusing connection on localhost

Hello all,

I have installed windows server 2003 and along with it weblogic 9.2 the full version.

However when I attempt to connect to the weblogic console, Internet explorer gives me the error message 10061: Connection Refused.

To connect to the console I am using the address

http://localhost:7001/console

From the machine web logic is installed on.

If anyone has any idea as to why this may be happeneing, all help is appreciated.

I'd try 127.0.0.1
