Weblogic process monitoring

hi,

im new to weblogic and im the process of reading the manual unfortunately i need a quick answer.

is there a way to show current application being executed in weblogic server? similar to "show process" list of mysql.

for some reason when someone executes a generate report on a high traffic situations things starts to go weird so if i can see the current running and queued application maybe i can issue some kill command or something to stop it.
