WebLogic Portal - calling a struts application from a portlet

Hi,

I have an application built on struts framework and I want to call this from a link in my portlet window on the WebLogic Portal Server 7.0. How can I do this and retain the same session object in both the portlet and the struts application. Would anyone have a suggestion??
