Weblogic installation on Linux

Hello Seniors,

I have been given a task to
[ul]
[li]Install weblogic on Linux Machine.[/li]
[li]Create Managed Servers[/li]
[li]Deploy an Application ; Application war file will be given by Developers [/li]
[li][/li]
[/ul]

Can you please help me with a Step by Step documentation on this . I am very new to Weblogic. I donot know how to install weblogic, create manage servers, oracle entries, connnection pools etc.
